Never seen a more determined and professional team to build my new gaming PC. The attention to detail and passion clearly shows from the exceptionally clean build and cable tidy management. My PC looks and runs amazingly, they did have a lot of fun putting it together too 10/10

Diagnosed and replaced faulty hard drive for a very reasonable price, kept me informed of potential hardware costs and gave advice on how to keep price down Vs longevity/part quality. Friendly staff, good quick service, and even gave the old rig a quick hoover - which was really nice!
Would definitely recommend and am already packing up my partner's tower for a check-up with them.
Very minor comment for improvement would be that they could possibly send a few more update emails to keep customers advised of order status/timelines etc... not a criticism as they were super helpful when contacted, but might be a way of saving on incoming calls about existing orders/parts/etc...
Still 10/10 though

Needed a repair to a dead laptop so dropped in with it. After discussion Stuart suggested he go through a full diagnostic (with a small charge) which I was happy to go ahead with. The motherboard was dead which was not a surprise due to age. He also took photos of where it was damaged. He suggested sourcing a replacement from certified reseller (it's about 8 years old now!). We agreed a good price which included all the work doing and discounting against the diagnostic. Stuart kept me informed throughout the whole process and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Had an urgent repair (turned out the hard drive needed to be replaced) - I called up first thing on Saturday morning, and Stuart had it ready for me to collect by the end of the day. Really helpful, really friendly, explained everything clearly. I won't be going anywhere else in the future!
